Return Policy

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened false eyelashes, used applicators, and products with broken seals cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, contact support with your order number and photos when applicable.
